The 2024 annual boat/RV storage fees are $205 for small lots and $255 for large lots. There is a waiting list (see below).
The Lot Owner must already own a boat/trailer/RV at the time their name is placed on the list. Specific details such as insurance and registration pertaining to the equipment will be required by the WHOA Board of Directors. Use the Contact form to request to be placed on the waiting list. A copy of your boat & trailer or RV registration must accompany this request.
Lease payments, agreements and all necessary documents are due PRIOR TO April 1st of each year. Please mark your calendar.
WHOA leases boat and RV storage spaces to WHOA Lot Owners in good standing on a first come, first serve basis.
This limited access area is located in the common area near the two ponds. Access is from a private road near the back entrance of the subdivision on Woodlake Trace and is secured by a fence and lighted at night with security lights.
Gate keys are issued by the Board of Directors to lessees.
Lessees are required to carry the appropriate insurance on their boats, trailers and RVs at all times.
If space is not available, WHOA members can elect to be placed on a waiting list for the next available space (please see below). The boat storage area cannot be expanded to allow for more storage as the surrounding areas are considered a retention pond. For more information, please click on the link below.
